Kuribayashi Kazuko’s monument

Kazuko, the wife of Gosaku Kuribayashi, who was instrumental in the development of Noboribetsu Onsen, was also a well-known poet. There are four monuments dedicated to her along the Funamiyama trail and elsewhere.
