Yakushinyoraido
It is said that in 1861, a vassal of the Nanbu clan who was mining sulfur washed his eyes with the hot spring water that gushed under the temple and his eye problems were healed. A stone monument donated in gratitude is enshrined in the temple, and the hot spring water is popularly known as Menoyu (Hot springs for the eyes).
